Due to its sited in Ras Al Khaimah is literally quite area, you will see nice landscapes infuse this green with the sea. Also from far you see mountain peaks. summer is gone and the season of winter the best hotels time. and it was a complete shock.

more than an hour to reach it from inside the emirate into the desert outside Ras Al Khaimah, and arrived afternoon, which is more like a private villas, was already filled with many ppl a few other tourists couples. The beautiful thing is, the design of the villas, there are no Arabic staff, so was not nice start, the staff there are so slow and took ages to do the check in. they don’t smile, and that’s the least to say about their attitude. After all that trouble to reach The hotel. Any way if you don’t have much bags, then they make you carry your bags, no body carry it for you, which I find not a welcome gesture. staff needs a lot of customer care training and Arabic welcome attitde to make their customer happy, after all we come to see the Arabic tradition and welcome known attitude. But have to say some of them they are welcoming us only because they have to, it was clear from their face.

The villas looks nice, the seats the bed and the sheets were clean and the colors relaxing to the eyes. There is not much of the welcome package, such as tea or coffee, they provide with so little as if its sample; I didn’t expect that with the money that we paid. The swimming pool is nice but too small, I mean its good only If you like to set on it; there is no place to swim not even for kids.

And No privacy NOOOOO PRIVATE, we booked there as they say its private. But its not all the villas around you can see everything.

Its not worth the money. The food was good and tasty, there were lots of types european and thai but there was not good Arabic food which we loved to try, the chef could not cook Arabic tasty things.

I have to say I don’t recommend it to anyone, its too pricey for the service and the pool that they pretend PRIVATE BUT ITS NOT AT ALL, except that others will not swim with you in it but they can see you. Others I mean the neighbors villas. Its not for couples who want to spend romantic time together and doesn’t suit muslims since there is no privacy.
