Mafraq hotel review

This is not cheap hotel, considering of course its location out site the city of abu dhabi and the small swimming pool, or the rooms that are too close and separated by shared door, so you can hear the ppl in the other room. that is one the bad things iv seen in the hotel. as tourist area is big enough so ppl are crowded at the desk. and. Check in took ages, the staff are so slow, their english is horrible. We reserved a king room and non smoking, but when we reached their they told us infront of the door what this is smoking area room
I was so angry but there was no way to go back since we are with guests. also there is no one to escort you to the room, you go and search by your self. that was really horrible thing and waste of time, I dont know what they take the money for if they dont do any. abu dhabi hotel review didnt help alot. 
The sheets are not clean there is discolorations
